Input the relevant data if the camera registration page is open.
MAC Adress: Your can confirm IP Status of the Network group on the products warranty box, the underneath of camera, or camera administrator's page.
You do not need to input Web Server Port. Video server Port, and Firmware Version because they are automatically input by communication with camera.
Camera Name: Input a by-name for identifying camera.
Set the region for installation of a product.
Set Guest connection. If Guest connection is permitted. it is registered in SecuIP List, enabling other members to connect.
[Information Registration] Click the button. If a message of service's process result appears, click the [confirm] button.
Camera will be registered as the below. But the icon of camera's status will be displayed as "Stopped".
Set the DDNS item as "Enable" at the administrator's page of camera.
Reflesh My SecuIP page of SeculP Service with [F5] button or log in again.
As shown in the figure below, it is normal that the camera status icon shows "Running".
* If the camera's status is "Stopped", re-boot the camera or check MAC Address which is set when registering equipments. .
Reference: In the following cases, the camera will report to SeculP server.
1. When you do booting because camera's power is on
2. When you modify and apply TCP/OP or DDNS item of Network group at administrator's page. (It will be automatically re-booted.)
3. When you click [Reboot] button at administrator's page for re-booting.
4. When communication with gateway is disconnected after camera is registered on SeculP and it is reported. (It will automatically re-booted.)
5. Every thirty minutes when no connection is made to the camera
